Dr. Damian Blum graduated from UMBC in 1979 with a degree in Biology/Psychology.  In 1983 he graduated from Boston University School of Dentistry with a D.M.D. degree.  Dr. Blum started his own private practice in 1983 in Baltimore City.  In 1987 he opened a second office in Ellicott City.  He treated patients at both offices until 1991 when he closed the office in Baltimore City.

Dr. Blum volunteers his time and treats the handicapped.  He also participates in the Give Back a Smile Program.  Dr. Blum and his team are now in the process of sponsoring a less fortunate child in a third world country. This allows the child to receive an education, food and clothes. We can also communicate through letters and pictures with our sponsored child and even try to provide him with such things as books. It's a wonderful feeling to know that you are able to help a child in need and have the ability to change a child's live that you may never get the opportunity to meet.

Dr. Blum has a great sense of humor and still loves coming to work every day. Dr. Blum enjoys the challenge that dentistry can sometimes provide. One of the best feelings in the world is when a patient looks in the mirror after tx and smiles. Dentistry can actually change a person's life for the positive and boost their self-esteem and that is an amazing feeling.

Dr. Blum and staff pride themselves on providing the highest quality in dental care for their patients. This includes attending courses all over the country to keep up with the latest technology to always keep our skills polished.

Dr. Blum is a member of the ADA, MSDA, HCDS, AACD, IADFA, and IASD.
